Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed by Alacrity Solar and RO Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return under the followingreturn will acceptable within 7 days conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning upon delivery/installation.
  • The issue is reported within the return will acceptable within 7 days . window specified in the invoice or product documentation.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and packaging (unless the defect is discovered after installation).
  • Returns are accepted only after evaluation and approval by our service team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Installed solar equipment or RO systems
  • Consumables such as filters, cartridges, membranes, and chemical kits
  • Customized or specially ordered components
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product is verified as defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch or installation (according to Section 6 below).
  • Payment was made in error or duplicate transactions occurred.

Refunds for installed systems will be limited to component-level replacement or repair and not full installation cost, unless legally required or explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
  • We may request supporting documents, photos, videos, or inspection to validate the claim.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or installation by contacting us at 7871 55 1947.
  • Orders for customized or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled after procurement has begun.
  • If the technician has already been dispatched for installation, a service visit/transportation fee may apply.
  • Cancellations after installation are not permitted unless the product is verified as defective and covered under warranty.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Defective items may be replaced with the same or an equivalent model depending on availability.
  • Replacement decisions will be based on inspection by authorized service personnel.
  • Your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days.

8. Service Charges & Deductions

  • Pickup, inspection, or re-installation charges may apply depending on the issue and warranty status.
  • For cancellations after order processing but before dispatch, administrative charges may apply.
  • Refunds for services already rendered (e.g., site visit, diagnosis, installation) are not permitted.

9. Warranty Claims

Warranty-related refunds or replacements are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase and follow maintenance guidelines for the warranty to remain active.
