1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Alacrity Solar and RO Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering products or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or request our services.

2. Definitions

“Products” means solar equipment, RO systems, spare parts and related goods sold by us.
“Services” means installation, repair, maintenance, inspection or consultancy provided by us.

3. Quotations, Orders & Acceptance

• All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation and are subject to stock availability.
• An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation/invoice or when we commence performance of the Services.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason (including pricing or stock errors).

4. Prices & Taxes

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (GST) and statutory levies will be charged in addition to the quoted price.
• We may revise prices at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

5. Payment

• Payment terms will be stated on the invoice. For new customers, we may require advance payment or part payment.
• We do not store your full card details. Card processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway; their terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.
• Late payments may attract interest and collection costs as permitted by law.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery lead times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you on delivery to the delivery address you provided.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any access or permissions required for installation.

7. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available on all ordersorder will shipping within 3 days .
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within India.
• Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Track your orders easily via email updates once shipped.
• Shipping rates (if applicable) are calculated based on package weight and dimensions.
• We offer multiple delivery options — Standard, Expedited, and Express — subject to availability and location.

8. Installation & Site Conditions

• Installation Services are provided subject to site suitability, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions will be quoted and charged separately.
• You must obtain any permits or landlord approvals unless we have agreed in writing to do so.

9. Warranty

Products: Manufacturer warranties apply where provided; warranty duration and terms vary by product. We will assist with warranty claims but are not the manufacturer. Proof of purchase and compliance with maintenance instructions may be required.

Services: We warrant workmanship for the period stated in the service agreement or invoice. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, or force majeure events.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns of Products are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable law. Products that have been installed, used, or altered cannot be returned unless defective and covered by warranty.
• Cancellation of orders for custom items or specially ordered goods may incur charges.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval and may take up to a reasonable time to appear in your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the invoice value of the Products or Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in brochures, manuals, drawings, designs, website content, and other material provided by us remain our property or the property of our licensors. You must not reproduce or use such material except as permitted by us in writing.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information to provide products and services, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. By using our services you consent to that processing.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, epidemics, supply shortages, or transportation delays. Performance times will be extended accordingly.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on our website or communicated to you. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
